From production of the concept via production of the prototype right down to series maturity

High-performance punching and bending tools, as well as follow-on composite and assembly tools, are kept constantly in a sure functioning and ready-for-use condition by highly qualified staff.
In addition to precise, high-performance tools, production at the highest level also demands manufacturing facilities and periphery systems of absolute top quality. This is the precondition for the production of precision articles with small/medium and large series with the highest quality level.
As needed unfinished part tools are supplied by proven sub-contractors, which are completed in-house with the latest equipment to produce process-capable production lines in the stamping, bending and assembly area.

One of the points of main emphasis is the development and construction of punch-bending assembly tools.
Decades of experience and corresponding technical KNOW HOW, as well as well-founded knowledge of the manufacture of production facilities in the miniature-sighted design of parts geometry give us the best prerequisites for the future-oriented requirements in this field.
The most modern 3D / CAD installations enable process simulation as early as the tool development.
We develop and produce, also we customise special assembly lines for the production of plastic-compound-parts.
On the shown assembly line complex contacts will be mounted, examined and fully automatically paced for the automobile industry.
The components will be examined by a camera and afterwards deposited automatically by a robot in a reel package.
The development and production of customisation tools for the manufacturing of Laser-welding-contacts is a new operation we started at the end of last year.
For this technology we use Trumpf -laser units. Additionally camera systems examine the seal quality.
For our customers we can realize the several Crimp-Contacts for the different wire-cross-section, because of our modular tools.
